The website is operated by JG Art Gallery + Events. Content — images, descriptions, exhibition documentation — is provided for informational purposes. Reproduction of artwork imagery requires written permission from the gallery and the artist's estate or representative.
The site may not be used for automated scraping, competitive intelligence harvesting, or any purpose that interferes with normal operation. Press, scholarly, and editorial use is welcomed — contact us for high-resolution images and quotation permissions.
Listed prices are in US dollars and reflect current asking price at time of listing. Availability is updated daily. A work shown on the site is presumed available; the gallery confirms current status when an inquiry is received. Prices may change between site update cycles. The gallery reserves the right to confirm pricing at the time of sale.
The gallery holds a work for 48 hours after a serious inquiry — a written request to purchase from a buyer with a confirmed payment method. Holds beyond 48 hours require deposit. Holds are released on lapse without further notice.
Title to a purchased work transfers to the buyer upon final payment. Risk of loss transfers upon delivery and signature. Insurance covers the period in between.
Every work sold ships with a Certificate of Authenticity, condition documentation, and full provenance. The gallery stands behind authentication for the duration of ownership. Disputed authentication is resolved with the artist or the artist's recognized authority — for living artists, with the artist directly; for estate works, with the relevant authentication board.

Disputes regarding artwork, sales, or website use are first handled through direct conversation with gallery management. Unresolved disputes are subject to binding arbitration in King County, Washington, under American Arbitration Association commercial rules. Both parties bear their own costs unless the arbitrator awards otherwise.
The gallery's liability for any claim related to a work, sale, or website use is limited to the purchase price of the work in question. The gallery is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
We may update these terms periodically. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes affecting active transactions are communicated to affected parties directly.
