Frequently Asked
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Every work ships worldwide, fully insured. Shipping cost depends on destination, size, and medium. Contact the gallery for a quote before purchasing — we will arrange everything and confirm cost before any transaction.
Can I see a work before buying if I'm not near either location?
Yes. We can provide additional high-resolution images, video walkthroughs, and condition reports for any work. For purchases above $5,000, we recommend requesting a full documentation package before committing.
What does "Inquire" mean on a work's price?
Some works are listed at inquiry to allow for private negotiation or because pricing varies by edition. Contact the gallery directly — we respond within one business day with current pricing and availability.
What is the return policy?
We want collectors to be certain of their purchase. If a work arrives not as described, we will arrange return and full refund. For all other returns, contact us within 14 days of delivery to discuss options.
Can you help with installation?
Yes. We maintain installation referrals in the Puget Sound area, Park City, and select metropolitan areas. For collectors in other locations, we can recommend trusted art handlers and installers where available.
Are there discounts for multiple purchases or the trade program?
Interior designers and architects can apply for the JG trade program — pricing is calibrated to the professional relationship and discussed directly, not published as a schedule. Collector portal members occasionally receive early access to sale events. Contact the gallery to establish trade terms.

Acquisition

Pay over time.

Acquiring work should not require a single moment of decision. The gallery offers two paths — one direct, one through a third-party financing partner — and treats each with the same standard of conversation.

In-house · Local

Up to 12 months.

For collectors local to Bainbridge Island or Park City, the gallery offers in-house monthly installments across up to twelve months. No third-party processor, no interest. Terms are agreed directly with the gallery. Work is reserved on signature; arrangements for delivery follow the schedule we agree on together.

Affirm · Klarna · Worldwide

Financing partners.

For collectors anywhere, the gallery works with Affirm and Klarna for third-party financing at checkout. Application is per-purchase; approval and terms are between the collector and the financing partner. Available on works above a qualifying threshold. The gallery handles the work; the partner handles the schedule.

Both paths begin with a conversation. Contact the gallery to confirm terms before any acquisition.
