JG Art Gallery + Events has been part of Park City's art market since 2002. The Prospector location sits off the main tourist circuit — which is intentional. Collectors who find it came looking.
The gallery arrived in Park City in 2002 as Phoenix Gallery on Main Street, when the town was beginning to understand it had a serious art market beneath the resort surface. Collectors arrived for skiing and festivals and stayed for the work — buying pieces to live with in homes across five states. The program has always reflected that market: contemporary, exceptional in craft, and priced across a range that served the first-time buyer and the serious collector equally.
Park City is a resort town. The gallery's job is to be serious enough to meet it. The Prospector location at 2870 Prospector Ave sits away from Main Street's tourist density — accessible, but not accidental. The collectors who come to this location came specifically. That selectivity suits the program.
From Park City, works have traveled to collections in California, New York, Texas, Colorado, and internationally. The gallery's two-location structure means every Park City opening is also a Bainbridge Island opening — and simultaneously available to collectors anywhere in the world from the first moment.

The Gallery Stroll happens once a month; the exhibition runs for four weeks. For everyone who can't make that Friday in person, every show runs a virtual gallery experience for the duration: high-resolution walkthrough, every artwork's multi-angle gallery, in-room visualization. The same exhibition, accessible from anywhere.
