Collector Portal · JG Art Gallery + Events

Your collection, traceable. Your access, direct.

Every work you've acquired through JG, in one place — with full provenance, certificate of authenticity, condition reports, and a direct line to the gallery for whatever comes next.

There's no membership form. The relationship is the access.
Inside the Collector Portal

Not a benefits program. A relationship, in writing.

JG's collector portal isn't a tier system or a points program. It's where the practical work happens — documentation, advance notice, conservation records, the things that matter when you live with art for years.

Your Collection

Every work, every detail, in one place.

  • Owned worksVisual archive of everything you've acquired through the gallery — date, price, artist, location.

How access works

No tier list. No subscription fee.

Common questions

FAQ

I haven't bought anything yet. Can I sign up?
The portal opens after your first acquisition or after a meaningful conversation with the gallery. If you'd like to start that conversation, tell us what you're looking for — or come to a First Friday on Bainbridge or a Gallery Stroll in Park City. The relationship moves at the pace it moves.
What is the provenance chain?
Every work the gallery sells is registered with a cryptographic identity that records its full ownership history — artist's studio, gallery, you, and any future owners. It's the digital equivalent of a chain-of-title document, attached to each piece for life. You can show it to insurers, conservators, future buyers, or anyone authenticating the work.
Does First Look mean I see everything before everyone?
It means you see new works before they're posted to the public site — usually a few days to a week. Some pieces are shown to portal collectors only and never reach the public site. For artists with limited output, this matters.
If I want to sell a piece I bought from JG, what happens?
Tell us first. The gallery handles Provenance Collection consignment with priority over outside venues, and we know the artists and the market. Most works return to the gallery's wall before going to auction.
Is the portal private?
Your collection, your inquiries, your messages — entirely private. The gallery sees them; no other collector does. Sessions are encrypted in transit and stored only as long as you stay signed in.
