Artist Portal · JG Art Gallery + Events

Your work, your numbers, your gallery — all in one place.

Every artist represented by JG has a private workspace here. Live inventory across both galleries, sales statements that arrive without you having to ask, two-way messaging, and the documentation you need at tax time.

"The first time I logged in I saw three sales I didn't know had happened. That's not normal for a gallery." — an artist, on the prior version of this portal

Common questions

FAQ

I'm not represented by JG yet. Can I still sign in?
Not yet — the portal is built around your consignment record and sales history with the gallery. If you'd like to be considered for representation, send us your work through the artist inquiry form.
What if my email has changed?
Email hello@jgartgallery.com with your name and the new address. We'll update it within twenty-four hours.
Is my data private?
Your sales numbers and statements are yours alone. The portal uses standard browser-cookie sessions, encrypted in transit, and is never shared with other artists. The only people inside the gallery who see your numbers are the people running accounting.
Why no password?
Passwords get forgotten, reused, and stolen. Sending a one-time code to your registered email is more secure for an audience of forty-seven artists than a password vault would be for any of us.
Need help?

We'd rather hear from you than have you frustrated.

Anything that's confusing, missing, or broken — tell us. The portal exists to make your relationship with the gallery easier. If it's not doing that, we want to know first.
